1884年12月30日寄上海大型免贴票信封(因为是年捐订户交寄的信, 均不用贴邮票), 在封背盖蓝色汉口工部C字日戳, 及1月3日蓝色上海工部双圈(D2型)到达戳, 信封一边有摺痕, 另有些微污渍在信封面, 罕有的早期封.Hankow Agency of the Shanghai Local Post 1884 (30 Dec.) large stampless envelope to Shanghai bearing, on the reverse, fine strikes of Hankow Local Post c.d.s. code "C" and the double-circle (type D2) Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (3.1); there is a vertical fold at one side and some light soiling on the address side. A scarce early letter for this agency. This is one of only three reported covers to Hankow delivered through the Agency of the Shanghai Local Post. Photo
