Obverse: Yuan Shih-Kai in plumed hat facing, Reverse: winged dragon, "中華帝國" above, "洪憲紀元" below. Baldwins sold one recently (sale 60, Hong Kong, April 2016, lot 553). Even all-over brown with no distracting marks. An interesting issue that will add depth to the next collection it enters.
