Variety with larger more widely spaced stars around Christ. Very nicely struck with minimal doubling only noticeable on the legend lettering which is all the more impressive given the clear evidence of multiple strikes having been used to get a full relief on the large flan. Pierced at 12 oclock at one time and likely worn as a sign of prestige by an owner, the hole has since been plugged. Despite having been suspended and worn there is little in the way of contact marks which usually arise from such use.
