Another beautiful 1899 Provisional issue overprinted on a Perkins, Bacon & Co. printed host note. Engraved May 1, 1873 series with vignette originally engraved by the Fairman group in the United States and exported to PBC. Punch hole cancelled and previously mounted are noted.
