Undated (1858) Pioneer Base Ball Club Medal. White Metal. 32 mm. Musante JAB-1, Rulau-Mass 528. MS-65 (PCGS).;A beautiful example of Bolens first medal with lovely blue-green and fuchsia iridescence. Only 125 pieces were struck, and this has to be one of the finest surviving pieces. Musante notes in his discussion of this piece that "many were carried as good luck pocket pieces and can show signs of rough handling". One of the earliest medals relating to baseball, and always in demand.;From the Michael Druck Collection.
