1885 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-67 (PCGS).;This delightful specimen ranks among the finest certified survivors from a mintage of 930 Proofs and would be a fine choice for a Registry Set. Blended steel gray, mauve and pinkish-gold patina envelops the obverse while the reverse is more boldly and evenly toned in charcoal-mauve. Sharply struck, reflective, and temptingly close to perfection. One of the more eagerly sought Proofs in the later Liberty Seated quarter series, the 1885 is associated with a low mintage circulation strike issue.;
