National Bank Notes that feature black charter numbers are considered rare as just ten issuing banks are confirmed to have used them. They were printed from plates which had the charter numbers in black and in a different font than the typical red numbers used on most others. The Central City National Bank was the only Territory issuer who used this feature. The note is seen with average circulation but with nice eye appeal for the grade. Light but clearly legible pen signatures in purple are noticed. Some minor professional restoration of the left margin is noted. This offering makes just the fourth in over ten years, the last to sell was a PCGS 30 PPQ last year for $37,600.,
