Lithographed on both sides by Gast of Saint Louis. Printed in blue on both sides with large red 25 protector at center on face. Agriculture standing at left. 25c counter at top right. Engraved signature of Drek at bottom left. Red stamped serial no. 12394 at top and bottom. Back printed in blue with guilloche devices at left and right. 25 Cents in circle at center with "GOOD FOR" and "IN MERCHANDISE" encircling above and below. Well circulated but very rare. Still wholesome and with the full design seen. This is the only 25 Cent denomination we have entertained from the issuer.，
