Ornate font for title across top center with Justice standing at left. The designation "This is not intended to be used as Money" at top in small text. Engraved signature and machine serial number. The back with "10" counter and "GOOD FOR IN MERCHANDISE" in circle, set upon a blue pattern back. No.16157. This is a very rare town and issuer. We have seen just two others. Honest circulation observed but still respectable and seen as intended.，
