PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.烟台地名。德纳罗公司印制。此拾圆以制作丝绸蕾丝的妇女为主图，彰显山东丝绸产业特色。烟台正位于山东，此设计尤为贴切。另一特别之处在于背面同时呈现上海与香港的银行办公楼，这在同类机构发行的纸币中实属罕见。烟台作为山东丝绸主要出口港，是华北地区继天津、北京后的第三家分行地点。本品居中完美、油墨如新，与另一枚并列PMG冠军分，实为收藏精品。Chefoo. Printed by Thomas de la Rue in England. The 10 Dollars, featuring the iconic design of a woman making silk lace, is a testament to Shandongs silk industry. Of course, Chefoo is in Shandong, making the design especially appropriate. A well centered note with enticing original inks and an exceptional addition to any advanced collection. Another interesting feature of this series is that both the Shanghai and Hong Kong office buildings are shown on the back, which is surprisingly uncommon for any notes issued by this highly collected institution. The Chefoo branch was the third in Northern China, after Tientsin and Peking. Chefoo, now known as Yantai, was the main outlet for Shandongs silk products (known as Shantung) and accounted for a large proportion of its trade. Tied in TOP POP with just one other note and a gorgeous gem of a note.
