VERY FINE.重187.69克。童福盛号汇号纹银、官公估童看、官公估周陈看。包浆浓郁，斑驳灰色及石板色，图文间有轻微积土。中央及外部戳记深峻，铭文清晰。左侧公估戳记居中良好，铭文完整；右侧公估戳记仅部分可见，但易于辨认。仔细观察可见正面有一小验金切口，中央戳记有一验金点。儘管有瑕疵，仍不失为品相良好、原汁原味之作。BMC-Class LXVI Group I # 903. Weight: 187.69 gms. 童福盛號匯號紋銀 (Tongfusheng Bank, remittance bank fine silver), 官公估童看 (Inspected by official public assayer Tong and She), 官公估周陳看 (Inspected by official public assayer Zhou and Chen). This richly toned example displays mottled gray and slate patina with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices. The central and outer stamps are deeply impressed with bold inscriptions. The left assay stamps is nicely centered with a complete inscription, while the right assay stamps is only partially visible, but easily read. Close inspection reveals a small test cut obverse with a test punch in the central stamp. Despite its shortcomings a presentable example offering good eye appeal with much originality.
