The lower part of the badge is inscribed ASSOCIATION / OF STATE PRESIDENTS, the pin back hanger at top with STATE OFFICERS CLUB / NEW YORK. An additional pin is attacked to the center of the ribbon, and is marked U.S.D. / 1812. On the back of the pin back is the inscription to the recipient - ANNIE / DISBROW / WILSON - while the makers mark and fineness are on the back of the lower portion of the badge - J.E.C. & CO. / 14K.
