VERY RARE and a great historical touchstone.<em>Old City Hall in Hong Kong was completed in 1869 after two years of construction, and differed from many other public buildings in that it did not house government offices, but rather was rather used only for public purposes. A theater, library, and museum were among the many rooms available for public use.</em>
