Variety with two grass blades. Struck to commemorate the completion of the Kweichow (Guizhou) Provincial Highway, and reportedly featuring Governor Zhou Xichengs personal automobile. Though some cleaning and moderate handling are noted, this example nevertheless remains an affordable option for an ever-popular type, and one that is beginning to reacquire color quite well.
