This boldly struck and wholly original looking Choice Uncirculated survivor boasts a strong strike with well-formed design features and plenty of remaining luster. The fields display attractive mottled argent and dove gray patina with a slight iridescent sheen that pops out when tilted in the light. Seldom encountered, we were only able to locate one other example to come to market since 2010 an AU-55, this charming and wholesome example is sure to excite even the most advanced of collectors to acquire such an elusive type and should be considered EXTREMELY RARE, especially so in this elite state of preservation.From the Nguyen Dynasty Collection.
