This interesting large format Lang bar exhibits boldly struck devices with light signs of handling and lovely old cabinet patina. Close inspection reveals a few light scratches from long ago, now toned over matching the rest of the coin. Despite its short comings, a handsome and attractive example of this seldom encountered type that is sure to pique the interest of advanced collectors.<em>Unlike the plentiful small format lang bars which offer very general inscriptions, the large format ingots are a bit more specific and give a date and place of manufacture. </em>From the Nguyen Dynasty Collection.
