PMG Very Fine 20.Another new note to the census, this 1902 Plain Back $10 from the Union National Bank of Ventura, California is the seventh discovered. Five of the other six known are in Fine or lower condition, placing this VF 20 at or near the top of the census. While clearly showing signs of moderate use, the signatures remain sharp and clear, the centering is quite good, and the blue overprints remain vivid and bold. Only $1,555 in Large Size notes remained outstanding in 1935.
