A prooflike finish with mirrored fields supporting frosty design elements dominates the in hand appearance despite evidence for the stated qualifier. The latter takes the form of faint hairlines that are not readily evident at all viewing angles. Sharply struck and brilliant in most areas, this coin presents exceptionally well for the assigned grade and is sure to see spirted bidding among sharp-eyed collectors.
