1937-D Buffalo Nickel. FS-901. 3-Legged. MS-62 (NGC). This is a pleasing example for the assigned grade with an overall bold strike that includes ample detail to the bisons head, shoulder and tail. Both sides exhibit light toning in champagne-gold to a smooth satin texture, the appearance not all that far from what one would expect to see at the Choice Uncirculated level. Certainly a desirable Mint State example of this perennially popular Buffalo nickel variety. PCGS# 38475. NGC ID: 22SX.
