A <strong>RARE </strong>and sought after error type, in which a "3" appears to have bene engraved over the expected "2," ultimately rendering the wrong--<em>and slightly higher</em>--denomination. Lightly cleaned as noted, but starting to develop a deep color and with clear details throughout.
