Obverse: The Kaaba within the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca; behind, city view across central band, stylized Arabic in other three vertical and diagonal bands; Reverse: Stylized Arabic in central octagonal medallion, with more stylized Arabic to left and right; cartouche above and below left blank for engraving. Edge: A few light marks for testing; loop attached at the top; otherwise plain. An interesting and highly unusual medal.
