1900-S Liberty Head Half Eagle--Struck 3% Off Center--MS-65 (PCGS). Struck off center to just past 6 oclock, all major design elements are not only present, but sharply to fully rendered. A shallow planchet void in the lower left obverse field is as made, the surfaces expertly preserved and fully deserving of the coveted Gem Mint State rating from PCGS. Originally preserved, as well, this is a rare and highly desirable major Mint error on a classic U.S. Mint gold coin.
