1860-O Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. OC-2. Rarity-1. MS-61 (PCGS).In the early 1960s, the Treasury Department released one or more bags of this date, as well as similar amounts of the 1859-O-dated silver dollar to the general public. Thanks to these releases, the 1859-O and 1860-O are the two most available No Motto Liberty Seated dollars in Mint State. This coin is similar to the typical Treasury Department 1860-O in the grade assigned by PCGS, but it differs in having rich steel and golden-gray toning as opposed to brilliant-white surfaces. Satiny in texture and very nice for the assigned grade.PCGS# 6950. NGC ID: 24Z3.From the Steve Studer Collection.
