1908-S. PCGS graded MS-66+ Red. CAC. PQ. Wow, heres a stunning example of this popular issue. The strike is quite sharp, with no signs of softness. The surfaces are amazing, with vibrant original red dominating both sides. Notice that the fields are pristine and free of distractions. The mintage was tiny at 1,115,000 pieces, and these were the first branch mint one cent coins struck, all prior cents were coined in Philadelphia. A wonderful red example and should be graded MS-67 Red. Pop 19; 4 finer in 67 RD. (PCGS # 2234) <DOTLEADER> Estimated Value $6,000 - UP
