Light red underprint making up the "10 DEZ" denomination at lower center, and at left and right making up the bank name and date. The reverse displays a light red design with bank name at center. PMGs pop report lists this note as the sole encapsulated for the pick variety. Scarce to locate, especially so in fully issued form as offered here. Still pleasing qualities for the assigned grade.
