"Xi An Shou Yong Xing Qing" (Xian capitol, name: Yong Xingqing). The stamp evenly applied and clear, though a natural central void prevented full definition of the central characters. Otherwise and lovely high grade example with plenty of luster and light attractive mottled tone. On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collectors items manufactured in China.
