The Dragon&Phoenix type, specifically the "Fat Dragon," most likely cast at the Suzhou Mint, Jiangsu, in the late Qing Dynasty. A well preserved large charm with no notable problems and dark brassy tone. On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collectors items manufactured in China.
