1953 Washington Quarter. MS-67 (PCGS). Peripheral toning in iridescent cobalt blue, salmon pink, champagne-rose and olive-gold is more extensive and varied on the reverse. Intensely lustrous with a smooth frosty texture, there is much to recommend this coin to advanced Washington quarter or toning enthusiasts.
