Equally as impressive as the technical quality, the eye appeal is outstanding, benefiting from iridescent toning in vivid golden-apricot, salmon pink, antique gold and, to a lesser extent, cobalt blue. The Denver Mint struck 42,305,500 quarters in 1954, and this is certainly one of the loveliest available to todays collectors.
