About Uncirculated.Plenty of satin to softly frosted luster remains on both sides of this predominantly silver gray example. A few wispy handling marks and well scattered carbon spots are noted. Rare in this metallic composition, as only 15 examples were struck (per Rulau, 2004; Musante, 2016, provides a similar mintage figure of 13 pieces).From the Q. David Bowers Collection.
