PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ.A wonderfully appealing $20 Red Seal from this Newport bank that displays bold cherry red overprint inks on bright, modestly circulated paper. The signature of Cashier Lewis is beautifully penned at left while the stamped signature of President Richards is faint but still visible. Traces of original overprint embossing are found on the back supporting the notes well deserved EPQ designation from the grading service.
