清代两把古铜钱剑。 首把铜钱剑尺寸为14.5x3.5英吋，约36.8x8.9釐米。清晚期製造，铜钱年号包括乾隆（1735-96）、嘉庆（1796-1820）、道光（1820-50）、咸丰（1850-61）及光绪（1875-1908）。剑柄由当代报纸包装。部分铜钱保存完好，但有些磨损严重，带积土、铜鏽、腐蚀和/或其他瑕疵。製作精良的老物件，定令让专家藏家为之颠倒。第二把剑为二十世纪晚期仿嘉庆年複製品，此剑上的铜钱均为机製，在嘉庆帝退位后约78年的1898年才出现于中国。建议藏家仔细检阅，有心者定有惊喜。现况出售，概不退换。
CHINA. Cash Swords (2 Pieces), ND (ca. 1908). VERY FINE. 14.5 in. x 3.5 in. Possibly produced during the final years of the Qing Dynasty as none of the attached coins appears to be later than Emperor Guangxu. An interesting item that used quite a wide range of Cash issues from various rulers including Qianlong (1735-96), Jiaqing (1796-1820), Daoguang (1820-50), Xianfeng (1850-61) and Guangxu (1875-1908). The tang of the sword is wrapped in what appears to be contemporary news print. Some are quite nice while others are quite worn. Some have minor earthen deposits, verdigris, corrosion and/or may have other defects. A neat item clearly of vintage manufacture sure to excite the specialist.Also, included is a second sword of late 20th Century reproductions in the name of Emperor Jiaqing. These are all modern machine struck copies as this technology did not exist in China before 1898, which is about 78 years after this emperor ruled. Close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
