Restoration, Severed & Reattached.Dramatic Large Size National errors such as this are always eye openers and this is no exception. A significant portion of the lower right corner of this $5 was folded over before the addition of the third print causing a portion of the charter number and the Treasury Seal to be printed on the back. It appears the third print was also shifted significantly, but most likely the effect of maligning the sheet into the printer causing the error. Regardless of how this happened it is one impressive error! It appears as if the note has never circulated but was severed and professionally restored per PMGs comments.
