1894年10月6日烟台寄北京意大利使馆破剖封, 贴烟台一分一枚, 销黑色双圈烟台书信馆日戳, 再贴小龙三分银一枚, 销天津蓝色八型㰐圆中文戳, 旁盖领事馆圆形印章; 封背有两枚分别是10月6日及10月8日的烟台分发戳, 另有10月10日及10月11日天津海关日戳, 及10月12日北京海关I.G.戳, 再有些邮务员的手写记号. 罕见的烟台书信馆邮票及海关邮政的小龙票混贴封, 目前存世仅两件.
ChefooCovers1894 (6 Oct.) opened-out envelope to the Italian Legation in Peking bearing 1c. red tied by a light strike of the double-circle c.d.s. with Small Dragon 3ca. applied in Tientsin and cancelled by Tientsin seal type VIII in blue with a light strike of the legation handstamp alongside; there is a fine array of postmarks on the reverse with further despatch on the reverse (6.10 and 8.10), Customs Tientsin (10.10) and (11.10) and I.G. of Customs Peking (12.10) in blue along with crayon delivery characters.A stunning and highly important cover being one of only two such combinations.
