1895年3月6日烟台寄美国挂号封, 封背贴半分及二分双连票各一件, 一分, 五分及十分各一枚, 销黑色烟台工部双圈日戳, 旁盖紫蓝色4月2日三藩市挂号日戳, 信封面贴香港1891年女皇20仙加盖于30仙票一枚及5仙票一双, 销3月8日上海英国客邮戳, 并盖黑色大圆圈"R"挂号戳, 旁盖3月16日横滨中转戳, 及模糊的新奥尔良挂号日戳. 信封面有些染污; 这是一件颇为特殊的实寄封, 烟台商埠票邮资共二十一分, 是付国内邮费和国际挂号费, 而信函经日本寄出时正值中日甲午战争时期 (1894年8月14日至1895年8月17日), 故而非常罕见, 此件挂号封相信是唯一存世的. (8.3) with the associated large R in circle, Yokohama (16.3) and faint New Orleans registered datestamp. There is some soiling, mostly confined to the address sideA very unusual cover, the 21c. local post franking paying domestic postage and the international registration.
