拍品描述： 1893年3月福州寄上海封, 贴1890年上海工部双龙粉洋红色五分票一枚, 销较完整蓝色福州书信舘中英文戳, 封背盖有蓝色3月4日上海工部日戳, 另有邮务员手写蓝色记事. 保存较佳. FoochowShanghai Agency1893 (Mar.) envelope to Shanghai bearing Shanghai 1890 Double Dragon 5c. carmine-pink (small defect) tied by a very fine strike of bilingual “local postal agency/foochow” in blue and bearing, on the reverse, Shanghai Local Post (4.3) c.d.s. in blue with postman‘s delivery characters in blue crayon. Late use of the 5c. rate which was reduced to 1c. on 1st April. Fine and desirable. Photo
