1895年上海寄天津德国领事卷形印刷物，付双倍邮资，贴慈寿肆分银玫红色票，销上海II型椭圆型戳，在背面盖较完整蓝色上海海关日戳，但日期模糊不清，及只见部份到达戳，这枚到达戳有㸃儿神祕，因它己清晰地表明这是OMS(英皇抬头)的信函.。1894 Dowager Empress，Covers，2 candareens Printed Paper Rate，1895 printed paper wrapper th the German Consulate, Tientsin bearing 4ca. rose-pink paying double weight, tied by a fine strike of Shanghai seal type II and, on the reverse, a fair strike of Customs Shanghai c.d.s. in blue but with indistinct date and a part strike of the Customs arrival c.d.s. The arrival datestamp is a bit of a mystery as it clearly shows the letters "OMS" in intaglio letters. Photo
