拍品描述： 1896年(9月18日) 天津寄北京破剖封，贴贰分银票，销天津IX型蓝色椭圆型戳，此信曾传递往上海，在封背上有天津海关戳，9月19日北京海关戳，及9月25日上海海关戳，旁有红色9月24日上海工部日戳，十分吸引的慈寿实寄封; 值得注意的是封舌曾藏于封内，并经修缮，在转递时上海工部邮局并无要求增加邮资.。1894 Dowager Empress，Covers，2 candareens Printed Paper Rate，1896 (18 Sept.) opened-out <I>de Villard， envelope to Peking bearing 2ca. bright green tied by Tientsin seal type IX in blue; the letter was redirected to Shanghai and bears, on the reverse, Customs Tientsin, Peking (19.9) and Shanghai (25.9) along with Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (24.9) in red. An attractive cover. Note that the flap was tucked in (with full gum) and has been fixed with stamp hinges in this position. No additional postage was required as this was carried on its redirection by the Shanghai Local Post. A scarce example of returned mail during this period. Photo
