A premium example of this issue, noted as "Rare" by <em>Resplandores</em>, with a strike that is approaching complete despite the issue often coming "crudely made". Visually compelling multicolored tone on both sides adds to this coins impressive appearance, with deeper inspection revealing a lack of surfaces marks as well. All considered, a combination of quality and eye appeal that is hard to beat for the issue and from a technical standpoint, only surpassed by a single example in the NGC and PCGS census data.
