Minimally handled with soft tan tone on both sides and evident underlying flash. While the globes and columns remain sharp, slight softness is observed in the corresponding shield and perhaps prevents an even finer grade. As it is, <strong>VERY SCARCE</strong> in this MS-63 designation, presently tied with two examples (of the plain date variety) with just three certified finer at either NGC or PCGS.
