Attractively toned with sharp central designs and fields that display strong satiny luster that is almost entirely free of post strike handling. While not overwhelming to the eye, some planchet adjustments along portions of the peripheries likely prevented an even finer grade. Even so, the finest graded example at NGC with a single MS-65 also graded by PCGS.
