Choice quality, displaying a bold strike and frosty luster in the fields; the obverse die was obviously well used, which resulted in some granularity over the raised designs and a sprinkling of die rust in the fields. A notable coin in this quality, this being the single finest graded of the date by PCGS with no finer examples certified of the entire type.
