The Virginia Guaranteed by the United States notes are scarce, especially at this grade level. Wonderfully printed, crackling fresh and with richly embossed surfaces. Well margined on all sides with broad selvage at right. The Newman note was at this same Choice CU grade level and topped the four-figure mark without too many qualms.
