MORSE WITH G.W.WOODWARD / IMPORTER OF / CROCKERY / NO. 2 BARCLAY ST. / UNDER ASTOR HOUSE / NEW YORK. The paper is complete, but portions of the inscription from 11 oclock to 3 oclock are difficult to read. Some wear is evident on Libertys portrait, but most of the silvering is present.
