Both sides are fully struck and the eye appeal and technical quality suggest an even higher grade. With 3,500,000 pieces produced the 1903-O has one of the more generous mintages among New Orleans Mint Barber quarters, although the issue is scarce to rare in higher Mint State grades, as here.,From the A.J.
