1914年12月9日疏附经美国寄哥本哈根双挂号封, 贴伦敦版5 分五枚 (另加一枚5 分贴在封面), 销疏附日戳, 清晰方框型挂号戳及大"AR" 字样在其下, 另有塔城1月7日邮戳及塔城俄国客邮局12月27日的日戳, 还盖有紫色俄国检查章. 共30 分的邮资里, 10 分是国际邮费而另外20 分是双挂号费, 少见及很重要的新疆寄外国实寄封. 由于西欧正处于战乱之中, 所以信件不信通过这途径递送, 故改经西伯利亚铁路东往再经日本与美国而转往欧洲. 这类没加盖帆船邮票最初引入新疆是1914年, 到有加盖限新省贴用票正式进入新疆止, 只用了九个月左右, 故贴未加盖帆船票封显得异常珍贵.SinkiangChinese Republic PostUnoverprinted Junk Stamps1914 (9 Dec.) envelope double registered to Copenhagen "Via U.S.A." bearing, on the reverse, London print 5c.
