1913年11月2日迪化寄杨柳青挂号破剖红条封, 封背贴加盖楷字20 分票, 销迪化日戳另一枚日戳在封面, 再有一方框型挂号戳及经 "俄国" 字样, 此外尚有天津中转戳及12月14日杨柳青到达戳; 10 分是国际邮费而另外10 分则是挂号费, 信封虽然有些污迹, 但贴上单枚20 分的高值票却是十分难得, 品相中上.SinkiangChinese Republic PostOverprinted Stamps1913 (2 Nov.) opened-out red band cover registered to Yangliutsin bearing, on the reverse, Waterlow 20c. tied by Tihwa c.d.s. with a second strike on the address side along with the boxed registration handstamp and handstruck "via Russia", Tientsin transit and Yangliutsin arrival (14.12); some soiling but a good cover bearing the international rate of 10c. plus 10c. registration and a scarce franking of a single 20c. stamp.
