This earlier Nueva Granada series is unlisted in the SCWPM, but it appears to pass several tests as being a currency note and not strictly a bond. Printed on thin onion skin paper from a copper plate. Left end with indent engraved "BILLETE DE TESORERIA." Engraved text with space for the denomination to be written in. Engraved 1853 date, the rest written. Fully accomplished, but devoid of back endorsements. Noted as previously mounted, which is seen on the back corners. Enigmatic, but this appears to be very rare. PMG Very Fine 30. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Paper Money.
