1999-P State Quarter. Pennsylvania--Struck on a Nickel Planchet--MS-63 (NGC).，A satiny and crisply impressed piece struck flush to the left obverse and reverse borders. There is some loss of peripheral detail due to the difference in size between the planchet and dies, but the date and mintmark are full. Iridescent golden highlights add further appeal.
