Good Details--Environmental Damage (PCGS).，Otherwise deep copper patina yields to lighter rose red tinting over the high points. The overall texture is glossy, suggestive of a cleaning. The surfaces remain rough and pitted explaining the PCGS qualifier, and we also note a few prominent scratches in the upper left obverse field. On the positive side, this more affordable Wreath cent retains sufficient detail to the central devices to allow ready appreciation of the basic design.
